spring semester

I just made my spring semester schedule the other day and it got me excited
for walking around campus during warm, sunny weather!

These past two weeks have gotten so cold & windy...
I hate it and I never want to leave my dorm anymore!!

Here's some photos that I have compiled for my spring inspirations...

hello again

wow I haven't posted for so long!
Just following other blogs, as well as tumblr, has kept my free time occupied enough while at school..
College has been amazing so far though, and I love it!

My school has a fashion magazine called UDress, and I was lucky enough to
be accepted to write 2 articles for it during my freshman fall semester!!

I'm so happy to finally have awesome experiences like this.
The Fall 2010 issue of UDress was released last week
and the online version is already posted & ready to read on their site-
www.udressmag.com- so check it out!!
My articles (Almost Famous and Fashion Week's New Stomping Ground
can be found on pages 13 & 24 :)

Finals are coming up soon, so I'll need to start focusing on schoolwork even more,
but once my winter session begins, I'll hopefully get more posts up here!

Happy Holidays!
Paige

15 days...

15 days
until I leave for college!!!
crazyyyyness

Even though I've hardly been posting and have been super busy getting ready for school,
I still have been getting very inspired for the upcoming season.

Proenza Schouler's FW10 ad campaign is getting me very anxious for fall!...

...while Jak&Jil's Celine-focused shots are fueling my ladylike desires.

Can't wait for all of this humidity to fade away so I can fall forward into the newest trends ;)

TimesTalk

Last week I attended the New York Times "TimesTalk" in New York City,
which was featuring an interview with designers Diane von Furstenberg, Prabal Gurung,
and Norma Kamali and Fern Mallis, the creator of New York Fashion Week.

It was such an awesome experience to listen to them talk.
DVF was hilarious!
The conversations ranged from Twitter to the timelessness of leopard print.
The designers also spent time touching on the positives of manufacturing their products in the U.S.
and the many activities of the CDFA.
Afterwards, I was lucky enough able to get some camera-phone pictures with them!

P.S.: Also while in NYC, I was photographed for Elle.com's Street Chic Daily style blog!
Let's keep our fingers crossed that my photo makes it online!
